Planning ahead after a new baby
Choosing guardians and making sure your child is provided for: the things new parents ask us most.
A new baby changes everything, including what you would want to happen if the unthinkable happened. A Will is where you set that out.
Guardians
You can name guardians to look after children under 18 if no parent with parental responsibility is still alive. Talk to the people you have in mind first.
Providing for your child
Your Will can say who inherits and at what age children receive what you leave them. If you have an existing Will, it is a good time to review it.
