Will & LPA is a trading name of NNAMCAL ASSOCIATES LTD.Our service
We provide a guided online service to help people in England and Wales prepare Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. You give us your instructions through our questionnaire; our team reviews them and prepares your documents for you to check and sign.
Who the service is for
You must be 18 or over, and making your own decisions freely. Our service is designed for straightforward circumstances under the law of England and Wales. If your answers suggest your circumstances need specialist advice, we will tell you and may decline to proceed.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate and complete information, and tell us if anything changes.
- Check your draft documents carefully before they are finalised.
- Sign your documents correctly, following our instructions. A Will is not valid unless it is signed and witnessed properly. An LPA cannot be used until it has been registered by the Office of the Public Guardian.
- Keep your account password secure.
Prices and payment
Our prices are shown on our website. The Office of the Public Guardian’s fee for registering an LPA is separate and payable to them. [Insert when payment is due, and your cancellation and refund policy, including your statutory cancellation rights for services bought online.]
Information, not advice
