Can I cancel?

You can cancel within 14 days of accepting your fee, without giving a reason. Just send us a message from your account or reply to one of our emails.

When you accept your fee, you choose whether we start straight away or wait until the 14 days are up. If you ask us to start straight away and then cancel, we may keep a fair amount for the work already done and refund the rest. Once your final documents have been sent to you, the right to cancel ends. Any refund is made within 14 days, to the way you paid. Our terms and conditions have the full details.
