Privacy and our assistant

Your answers are encrypted when stored, and your documents are kept in private storage that only you and authorised members of our team can access. We do not put your details in emails. Instead, we let you know there is something to see in your secure account.

Our assistant is optional. If you agree to use it, it helps by explaining questions and understanding answers you type in your own words. Names, addresses and dates of birth are typed into secure boxes that the assistant never sees, and we remove common identifiers such as email addresses and phone numbers from anything you type. It cannot change your answers or skip any of our checks, and it does not give legal advice.

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Some records may need to be kept while your plan is in progress, or for legal reasons. Contact us or send a message from your account to make a request.
