Fees and payment

Every plan is different, so once our team has reviewed your answers we confirm your fee in your account. Nothing is charged until then. If your circumstances need a closer look first, we will speak to you before asking for payment.

The Office of the Public Guardian charges its own fee to register each LPA. It is separate from our fee and is paid to the OPG. You may be able to pay less, or nothing, depending on your income or if you receive certain benefits. Check GOV.UK for the current fee and exemptions.

You do not pay to be onboarded. Once we have reviewed your answers, we confirm your fee and how to pay. If online payment is available, you pay on a secure payment page, and we never see your card details.
