How do I sign my Will?
- Arrange two independent adult witnesses who are not beneficiaries, or married to or in a civil partnership with a beneficiary.
- With both witnesses watching at the same time, sign and date your Will.
- Each witness then signs, with you watching.
- Do not attach anything to the Will or remove any staples.
